Terms of Use

Apple’s Standard EULA, plus a few Roam Reels-specific terms in plain language.

Effective: September 16, 2026 · Last updated: September 16, 2026

By downloading or using Roam Reels, you agree to the Apple Standard EULA, these supplemental terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. What the app does

Roam Reels helps you create, customize, preview and export animated travel-route videos. Features may vary by device, iOS version, region, app version and plan. We may update, change or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary.

2. Your routes and exports

You keep your rights in the original route arrangement, captions and other content you provide, and in your exported videos subject to the rights of map-data and other third-party providers. You are responsible for having permission to use and share your content and for respecting privacy, intellectual-property rights and applicable law.

Avoid publishing a home address, live location or other sensitive location unless you understand the risk.

3. Maps are not navigation advice

Map, place and route information may come from Mapbox, OpenStreetMap contributors and other providers. It can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Roam Reels is a creative visualization tool—not a navigation, emergency, safety or transportation service. Do not rely on it for real-time directions or safety-critical decisions.

Do not remove required map attribution unless the relevant provider permits it.

4. Fair use of the service

Do not use Roam Reels to break the law, harm or harass others, violate rights, interfere with the app or its security, overload map services, bypass access controls, or present an animated route as verified real-time tracking.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

If paid features are offered, the price, billing period, renewal terms and included features will be shown before purchase. Apple handles App Store billing, subscription management and refunds under its policies and applicable law. You can manage an Apple subscription in your Apple ID settings.

6. Ownership and feedback

Roam Reels software, interface, branding, original graphics and documentation belong to us or our licensors. The Apple Standard EULA gives you the license to use the app; it does not transfer ownership. If you send ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment. Do not send confidential information as feedback.

7. Availability, warranty and liability

Roam Reels may not always be available, error-free or compatible with every device. Export performance can depend on route complexity, storage, device resources, network access and third-party services. Warranty disclaimers, liability limits, termination, external-service rules and other license terms are set out in the Apple Standard EULA. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these supplemental terms when the app, business model or law changes. The current effective date will appear above, with additional notice when required. Questions can be sent to devstudiocores@gmail.com or through Roam Reels Support.
